Middle Functional Tester Description

We are looking for a Middle Functional Tester to work alongside our Salesforce development team. The project includes validating the functionality of a homepage with disease awareness information, patient and HCP registration forms, integration with OKTA for secure sign-in, and connectivity with Salesforce CRM.

Responsibilities

• Development and maintenance of test frameworks and scripts for Salesforce Experience Cloud
• Collaboration with development and QA teams to identify test scenarios
• Monitoring of test results and reporting on findings
• Ensuring high test coverage and reliability of Salesforce environments
• Staying updated with Salesforce releases and ensuring compatibility of automated tests
• Contribution to test planning and strategy for Salesforce project

Requirements

• 2+ years of relevant working experience
• Proficient in using Tosca as automated testing tool for Salesforce
• Strong understanding of Salesforce Experience Cloud functionalities, features, and limitations
• Experience with Salesforce development environments and deployment methodologies
• Familiarity with CI/CD processes and tools, including Jenkins, GitLab CI, or others relevant to Salesforce development workflows
• Experience with secure sign-in systems like OKTA
• Ability to collaborate with development and QA teams to develop effective test strategies and plans
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to document and explain test findings and improvements
