Job Description

Middle Functional Tester Description

We are looking for a Middle Functional Tester to work alongside our Salesforce development team. The project includes validating the functionality of a homepage with disease awareness information, patient and HCP registration forms, integration with OKTA for secure sign-in, and connectivity with Salesforce CRM.

Responsibilities

Development and maintenance of test frameworks and scripts for Salesforce Experience Cloud
Collaboration with development and QA teams to identify test scenarios
Monitoring of test results and reporting on findings
Ensuring high test coverage and reliability of Salesforce environments
Staying updated with Salesforce releases and ensuring compatibility of automated tests
Contribution to test planning and strategy for Salesforce project

Requirements

2+ years of relevant working experience
Proficient in using Tosca as automated testing tool for Salesforce
Strong understanding of Salesforce Experience Cloud functionalities, features, and limitations
Experience with Salesforce development environments and deployment methodologies
Familiarity with CI/CD processes and tools, including Jenkins, GitLab CI, or others relevant to Salesforce development workflows
Experience with secure sign-in systems like OKTA
Ability to collaborate with development and QA teams to develop effective test strategies and plans
Strong communication skills, with the ability to document and explain test findings and improvements
