Our very busy Dermatology practice is seeking an exceptional, professional team player to join our front desk team. Our Front Desk associate must be able to handle a fast-paced environment, be a multi tasker and provide 5-star customer service.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Greet and check in patients with warmth and efficiency
• Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and schedule appointments
• Verify insurance and collect copays and payments
• Maintain accurate patient records and assist with EMR data entry
• Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow
• Keep the front desk area clean, organized, and welcoming

Qualifications

•  Previous front desk or receptionist experience (medical or dermatology preferred)
•  Knowledge of insurance verification and appointment scheduling
•  Familiarity with EMR systems
•  Professional appearance and excellent customer service skills
•  Punctual, dependable, and able to work well in a team

Additional Information

Job Type:

•  Full-time: Monday-Friday

Pay:

• Starts at $19.00 hourly and increases with experience
