What You’ll Do

As our Practice Manager, you’ll serve as a key leader, collaborating with clinicians, corporate partners, and staff to drive business results and deliver exceptional patient experiences. Your ability to motivate, strategize, and lead will be critical to our success. You will:

• Lead Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the practice and ensure efficiency, compliance, and outstanding patient care

• Achieve Business Goals: Drive revenue growth, patient retention, and capacity optimization. Develop strategies to integrate medical and spa services to expand our reach

• Inspire and Manage Teams: Partner with the Lead Physician to recruit, onboard, and lead a high-performing team. Mentor staff and foster a culture of excellence and collaboration

• Engage the Community: Build partnerships, manage events, and create opportunities for community outreach and business development

• Streamline Processes: Work closely with HerMD’s corporate teams, including HR, Marketing, Compliance, Billing, and Operations, to implement best practices and achieve strategic goals

• Ensure Patient Satisfaction: Resolve concerns with empathy and efficiency, maintain updated medical records, and champion a patient-first approach

Requirements

What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a forward thinking leader with the skills and experience to achieve the mission of HerMD.

• Experience: 3+ years managing a medical practice or healthcare clinic
  

  • Dermatology or MedSpa management experience is a plus
    

• Leadership: Proven track record of managing teams, optimizing operations, and driving business success
  

• Customer-Centric Focus: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to deliver outstanding patient and staff experiences
  

• Flexibility and Adaptability: Able to work flexible hours including evenings, and occasional weekend / travel for events, meetings or conferences when required
  

• Tech-Savvy: 3+ years of experience and proficiency working with an EHR is required
  

  • Experience with ModMed EHR is a plus
