We are urgently hiring several Medical Device Assemblers to work for a leading optics manufacturer. This opportunity is offering several schedules on the 1st shift. The ideal candidate will have at least one year experience working with a microscope. For immediate consideration, apply today.

Responsibilities:

• Clean and sterilize molds, lens holders, lens caps, and cases.
• Haptic cutting, polish, clean, inspect, and sort.
• Produce labels.
• Pouch lenses.
• Conduct lens testing according to established work instructions utilizing a variety of equipment.
• Process injector cartridges.
• Assist in validation protocol execution.
• With guidance from engineering, perform tests, gather test data, and record results in accordance with manufacturing requirements.
• Support process improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency.

Requirements:

• 1 year of microscope experience required.
• Familiarity with working in a clean room environment.
• 1 year of experience in the medical manufacturing industry.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-starter and highly motivated.
