Job Description
- A bachelor's degree or above in medicine, nursing, public health, or related fields, or equivalent professional background. Study abroad experience is preferred. 2-5 years of experience in medical customer service is required, with a background in large medical institutions being preferred.
- Proficient in customer relationship management techniques, skilled in handling patient complaints and disputes, with good psychological quality and stress resistance.
- Strong communication and coordination skills, able to establish good relationships with medical teams, patients, and their families to improve the quality of medical services.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of effective listening and expression, ensuring accurate information transfer.
- Strong team spirit, able to work closely with team members to collectively improve the level of medical services.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, able to quickly respond to various emergencies to ensure smooth medical services. 1. Responsible for client reception and consultation, providing professional and high-quality services to clients.
- Responsible for collecting and organizing client information and establishing client files.
- Understand client needs, provide professional service plans, and ensure follow-up visits are conducted.
- Assist the sales team with reception and sales-related tasks.
- Collaborate with the sales team on client relationship maintenance and related tasks.
