Medical Billing & Excel Analyst

Job Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated professional to support our revenue cycle management team. In this role, you'll provide critical data analysis, assist with reporting needs, and ensure that our team has the information necessary for making informed decisions. Your expertise in medical billing and advanced Excel functions will be key in helping drive success and efficiency across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Support reporting and analytical needs for revenue cycle leaders and empower team members with accessible data.
Write and maintain VB scripts for data automation.
Develop and manage Excel macros to streamline processes.
Utilize advanced functions like Index/Match for data analysis and reporting.
Apply statistical tools like XLSTAT and SOLVER for advanced data analysis and decision-making.
Analyze and identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement in the data.
Requirements & Qualifications:

Previous experience in medical billing is required.
Strong analytical and computer skills, with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
A solid understanding of the medical billing revenue cycle process.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including advanced features such as pivot tables, formulas, and macros.
Ability to analyze information, identify trends, and detect anomalies.
Excellent communication skills, with an emphasis on clear documentation and reporting.
Detail-oriented with strong time management skills.
Focused on delivering high-quality results.
