Job Title: Medical Billing Analyst

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Medical Billing Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will play an essential part in supporting the reporting and analytical needs of our revenue cycle team. Your expertise in medical billing and Excel will help empower stakeholders with data-driven insights that drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:

Support revenue cycle leaders with reporting and analysis to ensure data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Write and maintain VB scripts to automate tasks and improve efficiency.
Create and manage Excel macros to streamline processes.
Utilize advanced Excel functions, including Index/Match, pivot tables, and complex formulas, to perform in-depth data analysis.
Use statistical tools like XLSTAT and SOLVER for advanced analysis and reporting.
Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities through data analysis.
Qualifications & Skills:

Previous experience in medical billing is required.
Strong analytical and computer skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
Deep understanding of the medical billing revenue cycle process.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, and macros.
Experience with data analysis and statistical add-ons such as XLSTAT and SOLVER.
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to analyze complex data for trends and patterns.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
A commitment to delivering high-quality results in a timely manner.
