Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and motivated individual to support the revenue cycle team with reporting, data analysis, and empowering team members with actionable insights. Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with revenue cycle leaders to meet reporting and analytical needs, providing clear and meaningful data to improve decision-making across the organization.
Create and maintain automated reports using advanced Excel features, including macros, pivot tables, and complex formulas like Index/Match.
Utilize statistical analysis tools (e.g., XLSTAT, SOLVER) to perform in-depth data analysis, identifying trends and anomalies.
Develop and streamline processes to ensure timely and accurate data delivery to key stakeholders.
Provide ongoing support to team members and assist with troubleshooting data-related issues.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Previous experience in medical billing is required.
Strong analytical skills with a passion for working with data and identifying trends.
Solid understanding of the medical billing revenue cycle process.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, complex formulas, and automation.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to document processes clearly and collaborate effectively with team members.
Strong time management skills and a results-driven mindset.
