MEDICAL BILLING starting at 30 hours to help catch up billing and then hours will vary by need with at minimum of 15-20 hours
-Must have 3 to 5 years billing experience, including accurate verification of benefits, obtaining and tracking referrals and authorizations for clients.
-Experience with mental health services preferred
-Experience with collection of over due accounts (quickBooks Plus)
-Office is needing process of both new and past claims
-Will review ERA/EOB for denials or inaccurate benefits. Tracking payments and skills to assist clients and clinicians with billing related questions.
-Experience with Practice Mate Billing software through Office Ally and use of Quickbooks preferred but will train the right person.
