POSITION SUMMARY

As a Paid Media Manager at Nurp, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring that our innovative trading solutions reach the right audience at the right time and through the right channels. This role is essential to Nurp’s mission To empower investors worldwide by democratizing access to premier quantitative trading tools by maximizing campaign reach, optimizing ad spend, and leveraging data insights to drive growth in a dynamic, high-tech environment.

PERFORMANCE
OBJECTIVES

● Develop and execute paid media strategies to optimize campaign performance.

(PPC, programmatic, Social Media, Direct, Retargeting & Remarketing)

● Manage media buys, monitor budgets, and adjust plans to maximize ROI.

● Analyze campaign data, identify trends, and implement adjustments.

● Collaborate with the creative team to ensure alignment on messaging and audience.

● Evaluate new channels and advertising opportunities to expand Nurp’s reach.

● Assist with related duties as necessary or assigned.

● Develop and execute strategies that drive client engagement, lead generation, conversions, and revenue.

● Ensure that all advertising campaigns are compliant with any laws or regulations governing the areas the aids are being seen or operated in

● Stay current on industry trends

● Perform other related duties as assigned or necessary.

EDUCATION AND
EXPERIENCE

● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).

● Minimum of 5 years of experience in media buying for digital and social channels.

● Experience with managing a minimum ad spend budget of $500,000 a month for one brand.

● Proven track record in managing multi-channel digital media campaigns.
