Position Overview:
We’re looking for an experienced Media Buyer to lead our paid advertising strategy. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving results through paid media channels, optimizing campaigns, and ensuring the highest ROI on ad spend. You’ll be instrumental in growing our online presence and expanding our customer base.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, implement, and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Google, YouTube, and more.
  • Analyze key performance metrics, including CPC, CPA, and ROAS to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Conduct A/B testing to identify high-performing ads, audiences, and strategies.
  • Manage ad budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources to hit growth targets.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging ad content and landing pages that support business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and changes in paid advertising platforms and implement new strategies accordingly.
  • Report on performance and provide actionable insights for future campaigns.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in media buying, preferably within the health and wellness industry or a direct-to-consumer (DTC) online business.
  • Expertise in managing campaigns on major platforms (Google, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, optimize campaigns and adjust strategy based on performance.
  • Proficient with tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and other marketing software.
  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects/campaigns simultaneously in a remote environment.
  • Familiar with communication and project management software: i.e., Slack, Asana
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

  • Self-directed: You are a self-starter with keen media buyer skills and excellent strategic planning skills.
  • Great communicator: You are adept at written and verbal communication and can easily present ideas to audiences at various levels.
  • Attentive to detail: High level of accuracy with an entrepreneurial mindset; comfortable in a data-driven business environment.
  • A strategic thinker.
  • Willing to use your personal computer and show up on camera to attend meetings.
