Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Media Buyer/Ads Manager to oversee and execute advertising campaigns on Facebook and Google Ads platforms. The ideal candidate will be experienced in media buying and adept at setting up, managing, and optimizing ad campaigns to achieve client goals effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Ad Campaign Setup & Management : Create, manage, and optimize paid ad campaigns on Facebook and Google Ads platforms.
- Media Buying : Strategically purchase ad placements to maximize ROI while minimizing costs.
- Performance Analysis : Monitor campaign performance metrics and generate actionable insights for improvement.
- A/B Testing : Conduct experiments to identify the most effective strategies for targeting, creatives, and placements.
- Budget Management : Manage ad budgets to ensure alignment with campaign goals and deliver cost-efficient results.
- Collaboration : Work closely with the marketing team to align ads with overall strategies and brand messaging.
Requirements
- Proven experience running Facebook Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
- Strong understanding of media buying principles and strategies.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and suggest improvements.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work during Pacific Time business hours.
- Effective communication skills for team collaboration.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in managing campaigns for international clients.
