Location : West Chester, OH (Onsite initially then Hybrid)

Job Description:

• Demonstrated experience in creating and managing complex, multi-year project schedules from a variety of inputs and stakeholders
• Attend and participate in project meetings; coordinate tasks, monitor progress, assess resources, identify and assess risks & establish backup schedules
• Demonstrated experience in assessing and deconflicting schedules across multiple concurrent projects
• Ability to provide progress reports and coordinate internal and vendor completion rates with cost accounting
• Ability to establish project templates and train team members on processes and tools
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; collaborative and interpersonal skills
• Preference for cGMP and construction experience Pharmaceutical / Biotech / Medical must have
• Preference for Smartsheet and MS Project
• Initially fully on-site with hybrid option after initial onboarding and schedule development of major projects
• 6+ years experience needed.
