Master Project Scheduler
Location : West Chester, OH (Onsite initially then Hybrid)

Job Description:

Demonstrated experience in creating and managing complex, multi-year project schedules from a variety of inputs and stakeholders
Attend and participate in project meetings; coordinate tasks, monitor progress, assess resources, identify and assess risks & establish backup schedules
Demonstrated experience in assessing and deconflicting schedules across multiple concurrent projects
Ability to provide progress reports and coordinate internal and vendor completion rates with cost accounting
Ability to establish project templates and train team members on processes and tools
Strong verbal and written communication skills; collaborative and interpersonal skills
Preference for cGMP and construction experience Pharmaceutical / Biotech / Medical must have
Preference for Smartsheet and MS Project
Initially fully on-site with hybrid option after initial onboarding and schedule development of major projects
6+ years experience needed.
