We’re MWB Restaurants: your local Whataburger franchise. We’re looking for a Marketing Manager who thrives on building brands, engaging communities, and driving real results. If you’re equal parts strategist and doer—someone who loves crafting marketing plans and rolling up your sleeves to make them happen—this job is for you!

As our Marketing Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of expanding Whataburger’s presence in Alabama and launching our first locations in East Tennessee. You’ll create local marketing strategies, drive brand awareness, and help us build lasting relationships with guests and communities. What You'll Do:

• Lead local marketing efforts to launch and grow Whataburger in Alabama and East Tennessee
• Create and execute marketing plans that drive traffic, sales, and brand awareness
• Plan and host community events, from grand openings to local partnerships
• Develop targeted campaigns that increase app usage, loyalty, and guest engagement
• Work closely with restaurant leaders to create location-specific promotions that connect with their markets
• Manage budgets wisely, ensuring marketing spend delivers maximum impact
• Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance, adjusting strategies for better results

This Job Is For You If:

• You have 3+ years of hands-on marketing experience, ideally in multi-unit restaurants, retail, or hospitality
• You know how to create and execute marketing plans that drive traffic and sales
• You’re a social media pro who knows how to engage customers
• You’re comfortable analyzing data and using insights to refine marketing strategies
• You love working with local communities, planning events, and partnering with organizations
• You’re a great communicator who can work cross-functionally and present strategies to leadership
• You’re organized, creative, and thrive in a fast-paced, growing company
