We’re looking for a Marketing Manager who can take the reins and scale our marketing operations across digital, content, retail, and brand campaigns. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role with the opportunity to lead a creative team and make things happen from day one.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all marketing initiatives across e-commerce and retail channels
- Develop marketing strategy and oversee execution across SEO, email, social, paid media, influencer, and affiliate marketing
- Manage and grow the internal team (designers, content/SEO, videographers, social media)
- Create and execute seasonal campaigns and promotions aligned with business goals
- Report on key KPIs, drive data-informed decisions, and manage budget allocation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align promotions, launches, and branding
- Own brand messaging and customer communication touchpoints
Requirements:
- 7+ years of marketing experience, 3+ in a leadership role
- Strong e-commerce and omni-channel retail experience
- Deep knowledge of digital marketing (Google Ads, Meta, Klaviyo, SEO, Shopify Plus)
- Strong leadership and team-building experience
- Creative mindset with a data-driven approach
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Passion for tennis or sporting goods a plus

- Base salary: $70K–$90K
