Job Description:
Serve as the go-to tactical marketing generalist, driving brand storytelling and engagement across digital channels for a mission-driven organization.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Create content for social media, websites, and email campaigns
Develop and manage content calendars and SEO-optimized materials
Collaborate with service lines and clinicians for campaign messaging
Monitor and engage across social media platforms
Support lead generation via CRM and marketing automation tools
Conduct data analysis, reporting, and performance optimization
Represent the client at local events and conferences (1–2x/month)
Requirements:
Must-Haves:
2–4 years of marketing experience (not entry-level)
Proven content writing for web and social media
Familiarity with design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite basics)
CRM usage, ideally Salesforce
Email marketing tools (Marketo or similar)
Experience with social listening platforms (e.g., Sprout Social)
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Strong communication skills and ability to work in small teams
Nice-to-Haves:
Background in non-profit marketing
Experience marketing to B2B and B2C audiences
Interest in moving into a management role in the future
