Account Manager - Spotlight Media 

Who We’re Looking For

Spotlight Media is seeking an experienced and results-driven Account Manager to lead TikTok Shop brand launches and growth strategies. This role requires a high level of ownership, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive measurable success in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate is:

  • Highly motivated with a proven track record in eCommerce or TikTok Shop.
  • Exceptionally organized and capable of managing multiple high-priority projects.
  • Committed to delivering high-quality work with no room for compromises.
  • Able to lead and mentor a team while fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.

Key Responsibilities

Client & Project Management

  • Oversee the end-to-end execution of TikTok Shop brand launches, ensuring a successful cold start within three months.
  • Implement structured processes to improve workflow efficiency and eliminate recurring issues.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing concerns and ensuring high satisfaction and retention.

TikTok Shop Strategy & Growth

  • Develop and execute data-driven TikTok Shop strategies that scale brands from $12.5K/month post-cold start to $600K/month.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to maximize sales and performance through influencer campaigns and platform optimization.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, platform updates, and best practices to maintain a competitive advantage.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Manage and mentor creator managers to ensure consistent high-performance delivery.
  • Build and maintain a collaborative, professional team culture that prioritizes execution and accountability.
  • Establish clear goals and expectations for team members, providing regular feedback and performance assessments.

Performance Tracking & Reporting

  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate campaign success and client performance.
  • Provide data-driven insights and strategic recommendations to optimize future influencer partnerships and sales outcomes.
  • Ensure all reports and performance updates are delivered in a timely and accurate manner.

Qualifications

  • TikTok Shop experience is highly preferred , or equivalent eCommerce expertise.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using performance tracking tools to evaluate and optimize marketing campaigns.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining a high level of accountability.
