As a BIM Manager, you will be developing and managing the BIM standards of WD for multiple client initiatives or projects. You will create and manage BIM-focused training across cross-functional teams utilizing Revit for the production of construction documents, visualization, and as-built documentation for our clients.

You will be part of a team responsible for developing an internal training framework for WD associates to leverage Revit along with other software to promote collaboration and support project teams in meeting client requirements, project standards, and site adaptations. This role is responsible for implementing strategies for WD BIM content creation, template development, training and data integration.

Location: We are open to hiring for remote work from any location in the US.

Preferred Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering or related field is preferred
  • Ability to make effective presentations to internal groups
  • High level of BIM experience in developing and implementing strategy, workflow and completion of multiple fully-integrated projects
  • Proficient in the current version of Revit
  • Knowledge of architectural and engineering practices
  • Ability to collaborate and support multiple (3+) projects and teams
  • Ability to develop BIM standards, including content and template creation
