Maintenance Manager
The Maintenance Manager is responsible for repairing and maintaining machinery and mechanical equipment. The role requires advanced skills in troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of various systems.
* Regular and timely attendance is an essential function of this position, may include some weekends.
* Utilize advanced abilities in the repair and maintenance of machinery.
* Repair and maintain machinery and mechanical equipment, such as motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, and production machines, based on diagrams, sketches, operation manuals, and manufacturer's specifications.
* Observe mechanical devices in operation, listen to sounds, and locate causes of trouble.
* Disassemble devices to access and remove defective parts using hoists, hand tools, and power tools.
* Examine parts to detect imperfections in form and texture.
* Replace or repair functional and structural parts using hand tools.
* Demonstrate high energy and work at a sustained pace while maintaining quality work.
* Exhibit strong organizational skills and follow systematic approaches to tasks.
Required Education and Experience:
* 3+ Years Manufacturing Maintenance Experience is required.
* Industrial Electrician Experience is a plus.
* Experience in managing/supervising maintenance technicians.
