AMMA develops and manufactures globally advanced materials of high-end CCL (Copper Clad Laminate) for the next-generation high-speed communication business field. AMMA products provides high value add to dielectric substrates for high frequency electronics such as, 5G, Automotive Radar, High Speed Telecom, and Aerospace & Avionics Radar/Communication industries.

SUMMARY
Treater operator is responsible to inspect and monitor equipment in the Treater Lab, Wet Room, Mix and Chemical storage areas, all Treater areas and Oxidizer area. Also responsible for properly transporting chemical containers, & to efficiently install, set up, & clean equipment parts with proper solvent.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Monitor clocking meters to insure testing is done at proper times.
  • Get glass from storage area, put on machine.
  • Splice in glass for defects while running.
  • Report any and all safety violations to lead.
  • Perform continuous cleaning, daily.
  • Chemical Handling: labeling and disposal.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • A minimum of a High school diploma or GED.

LANGUAGE SKILLS

The ability to read, write, and verbally communicate effectively in the English language is required for all roles.

REQUIRED SAFETY EQUIPMENT/TRAINING  

AGC follows all required OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) standard industry guidelines in-regards to the use of personal protective equipment and safety training required for the specific job function.

PHYSICAL/ENVIRONMENTAL REQUIREMENTS  

  • May be exposed to weather conditions prevalent at the time.
  • Ability to Stand, walk, sit, use of hands to handle, feel, or grasp objects, tools, or controls.
  • Reach and lift with hands and arms; lift/move/carry objects up to 25 lbs. in weight.
  • Climb stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, and/or crouch.
  • Ability to talk and hear for safety on the production floor.
  • Visual ability to see things in close vision, distance vison, color vision, peripheral vison, depth perception and ability to adjust focus as needed.

PAY RATE

$20.00+/hr depending on experience

WORK SCHEDULE/OVERTIME

1st Shift - 5am-5pm

Overtime as required. Business hours.
