Job Description

Now hiring a qualified LPN / Licensed Practical Nurse with corrections, psychiatric, or related nursing experience for a contract in Sterling, CO + nearby locations!

Corrections LPN Pay:

$1,872.00 - $2,080.00 weekly gross working 36-40 hours.
Weekly Direct Deposit Every Friday.
Benefits Available; Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K.
Plus Travel Bonus to the assignment.

Schedule and Timeline:

13-week direct contract with a high potential to extend.
Quick feedback and expedited credentialing process with in-house experts.
36-40 hours per week with potential to pick up OT .
12 and 8-hour shifts.

Corrections LPN Job Details:

Examine patients in the correctional environment, evaluate their response to treatment, and monitor their progress.
Provide mental health and emotional support for inmates and when necessary, refer them to appropriate mental health resources.
Assisting the Physician/RN with exams and treatments.
Sick call with a Physician to see inmates.
Prep inmates to be examined/prep exam room and equipment.
Pill pass, dispensing medications, and required documentation.
Control medications and syringes in inventory as required.

Corrections LPN Qualifications:

2+ years of psych, corrections, or related nursing experience.
CO or multistate LPN License in good standing.
Active BLS.
Clean background check upon hire.
