Now hiring a qualified LPN / Licensed Practical Nurse with corrections, psychiatric, or related nursing experience for a contract in Sterling, CO + nearby locations!

Corrections LPN Pay:

• $1,872.00 - $2,080.00 weekly gross working 36-40 hours.
• Weekly Direct Deposit Every Friday.
• Benefits Available; Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K.
• Plus Travel Bonus to the assignment.

Schedule and Timeline:

• 13-week direct contract with a high potential to extend.
• Quick feedback and expedited credentialing process with in-house experts.
• 36-40 hours per week with potential to pick up OT .
• 12 and 8-hour shifts.

Corrections LPN Job Details:

• Examine patients in the correctional environment, evaluate their response to treatment, and monitor their progress.
• Provide mental health and emotional support for inmates and when necessary, refer them to appropriate mental health resources.
• Assisting the Physician/RN with exams and treatments.
• Sick call with a Physician to see inmates.
• Prep inmates to be examined/prep exam room and equipment.
• Pill pass, dispensing medications, and required documentation.
• Control medications and syringes in inventory as required.

Corrections LPN Qualifications:

• 2+ years of psych, corrections, or related nursing experience.
• CO or multistate LPN License in good standing.
• Active BLS.
• Clean background check upon hire.
