LMS Administrator Location Remote : Overview: The LMS Administrator is responsible for the overall administration of learning content for internal users, as well as ongoing maintenance, and upkeep of the primary Learning Management System (LMS) at CareCentrix. The LMS Administrator will also be expected to navigate other training and assessment platforms to support training needs. This role is responsible for ensuring all CareCentrix team members are in training compliance through routine audits, reporting, and employee status tracking. Other functions of this role include but are not limited to system updates, data entry and maintenance, creating and administering reports, and course tracking. Additionally, the LMS Administrator provides technical support to users, responds to employee inquiries, and consults with internal customers serving as the subject matter expert for continuing operations of the system to serve the learning needs of the organization. Responsibilities:
In this role you will: - Effectively analyze complex training administration requirements and leverage the capabilities of internal and external learning systems to meet organizational and compliance needs
- Support annual compliance requirements, including attending working sessions, assessment monitoring, system admin password resets, reporting, and post-training analysis
- Set up and maintain curricula, courses, and offerings for training content based upon business needs and established best practices
- Manage the preparation and import of SCORM courses into the LMS including review and testing of courses
- Establish and maintain quality of content objects, media files, and e-courses
- Support training delivery teams by creating virtual facilitator-led events
- Design, maintain, and deliver reports to meet business needs for assigned functions and compliance auditing
- Collaborate with other internal partners to establish and maintain best practices related to content architecture
- Provide training and develop job aids to other employees in using the system and maintaining content
- Provide first-level technical troubleshooting and assistance to learning systems users in navigating and completing training, investigating, and seeking solutions to complex issues and escalating system issues to learning systems vendors as applicable
- Act as backup to monitor the team inbox and respond to or delegate issues
- Participate in special projects and perform other duties, as assigned

Qualifications: You should get in touch if: - You have completed a Bachelor's Degree (required)
- You have a minimum 3 years of experience in learning technologies administration or HR Administration, specifically in set-up configuration, scheduling, enrollment, content loading, delivery, testing, and performance tracking to ensure learning programs are effectively managed and delivered
- You have strong project management skills; the ability to prioritize projects and deadlines and clearly communicate status, progress, and constraints with management, teammates, and customers
- You have excellent organizational, analytical, interpersonal, written and communication skills
- You can prioritize, multi-task, and work with cross-functional teams in a multi-faceted environment
- You have high proficiency in Microsoft Excel including constructing formulas and developing comprehensive reports for audit and tracking purposes
