The construction process is broken up into three distinct phases: Preconstruction/Predevelopment Construction and Post Construction/Close Out. We are looking for a dynamic and customerfocused Live Chat Representative to join our Customer Support team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing realtime support to our customers through live chat resolving their queries and issues efficiently. Responsibilities:
Engage with customers in realtime through live chat to provide support and assistance
Resolve customer queries complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team or department
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Provide feedback and suggestions for improving the customer experience
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in customer service or a similar role
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Proficiency in typing and using live chat software

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
