Live Chat Agent
Mulberry Schools Trust is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Live Chat Agent to join our team on a full-time basis. As a Live Chat Agent, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and resolving issues via live chat. This is a remote position, and we are looking for someone who is comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities - Respond to customer inquiries via live chat in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate and helpful information to resolve customer issues and concerns
- Utilize technical knowledge of live chat platforms to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- Use problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues and escalate when necessary
- Meet and exceed customer satisfaction targets and quality standards
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
Qualifications - Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Technical knowledge of live chat platforms
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or degree preferred
- Previous experience in a customer service or live chat role is an asset
