We’re seeking energetic and responsible individuals to join our team as Lifeguards at the Quincy Kroc Center! Whether you’re a student looking for an exciting summer job or a young adult seeking valuable experience, this opportunity is perfect for you.

No prior lifeguard certification? No problem! We’re thrilled to announce that we are now offering paid lifeguard training to all hired candidates. That’s right, you’ll receive comprehensive training to equip you with the skills needed to ensure the safety and enjoyment of our patrons. Plus, you’ll earn while you learn!

What You’ll Do:

• Monitor the pool area to prevent accidents and respond swiftly to any emergencies.
• Enforce pool rules and regulations while maintaining a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Act immediately and appropriately in the event of emergencies.
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting guests with inquiries and providing guidance as needed.
• Perform regular pool maintenance tasks to keep the area clean and organized.

Requirements:

• Must be at least 15 years old.
• Strong swimming skills and a passion for water safety.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm and focused in emergency situations.
• Willingness to complete lifeguard training (paid) upon hire.
