Job Description

We are seeking a qualified physical Lifeguard that is able to ensure the safety and well-being of patrons using the waterpark. Applicant must have the ability to successfully complete certification programs as instructed by the property. Key Requirements/ Qualifications:

• Must successfully complete the American Red Cross Certification and blood borne pathogen programs as required by the property.
• Attend regular in-service training and stay current on new policies and procedures pertaining to duties as a lifeguard.
• Ability to stand for long period of time and perform repetitive motions.
• Flexible schedule to meet business needs.
• Detail-orientated individual who is able to focus on maintaining a clean and safe environment.
• Ability to maintain a composed, approachable and professional attitude.

Responsibilities:

• Promote and practice safety standards at all times.
• Respond quickly and diligently to guests needs and emergency situations
• Thoroughly clean and sanitize all areas of the waterpark.
• Ensure a positive and enjoyable experience for all guests using the waterpark.
• Maintain a clean and well-groomed appearance at all times.
