Keys to success at Symmetry Financial

Resources : Never mind having to find qualified leads.  Symmetry has high quality leads for families that reach out to us for mortgage protection, final expense, retirement planning services and more.   These leads are an investment for you with an opportunity to earn 5-10x of your investment if willing to work hard using a proven system.

Activity : We call the leads and schedule appointments on our time.  Our level of activity builds are skill level and that drives results.  Be prepared to make +250 dials per week to put yourself in a position to generate $5k or more per week.

Schedule :  Your schedule is your BOSS.  This is your business.  You define when you are making your dials, when you are running your appointments, when you are building your team (if you choose to grow your business beyond yourself) and when you set aside for personal development and life.

System : The 1st key to the system is the one-on-one mentorship and ongoing support system. Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship

• Life Insurance license - if you don't have one we will help you with this.

Compensation and Benefits

• Compensation is commission based with uncapped earning potential so you control your earnings.

The average commission is around $450 to $650 per application (results vary)

• Agency Owners that have been working with us for a few years who are consistently promoted every two to three months generate a passive income of $200,000 to $500,000 a year.

• Raises are available in 1- and 2-month intervals depending on the agent's production

• Our Protect the Protector benefit package allows our agents to apply for free life insurance in their first year and opt into our Group Health Care plan that provides health, dental and vision at ½ the cost of the marketplace for themselves and their families
