We are looking for professionally skilled Nail Technicians & Manicurists who are ambitious and passionate about nail care and quality service. The ideal candidate will provide nail care treatments to our customers based on their needs and preferences. Nail Technician responsibilities include polishing fingernails and toenails, painting designs and applying gel and acrylic nails. If you're up-to-date with nail art techniques and know how to provide excellent customer service, we'd like to meet you. Ultimately, you will help us boost our reputation by offering personalized services to our clients.

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be licensed with previous customer service experience
• Must be reliable and timely team player
• Must have good, professional verbal and written communication skills
  
• Able to confidently interact professionally and with sensitivity to the needs of both guests and co-workers
• A passion for working with people and be open to learning, and giving and receiving feedback
• Dependable and able to adjust to schedule changes, including cancellations and additions.
• Demonstrates commitment to provide the highest quality nail care/beauty therapy to clients
• A creative outlook on reshaping the Salon/Spa Industry

JOB DESCRIPTION & GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Answer phone calls and book appointments at the reception desk
• Ability to perform quality manicures & pedicures
• Maintain knowledge of all treatments performed and products used
• Build rapport with clients to understand of their needs and wants
• Skilled in creating French smile line and gel polish application
• Provide expert knowledge on our services and advise clients on personal nail care upkeep
• Remove polish and rough skin and clean, trim, file nails thoroughly
• Apply artificial tips, form natural looking acrylic
• Distinguish nail shapes such as square, round, almond, squoval, coffin, stilleto, etc
• Able to file down acrylic nails without damaging client's natural nail bed.
• Able to dremel around cuticle without harming the eponychium
• Clean and disinfect work area and tools
