Full Time Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) Opportunity in California – Start Changing Lives Today

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
Salary: $110,000–$130,000 annually, with full benefits included

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Providing therapeutic support to individuals, families, and groups.
• Conducting thorough assessments and crafting personalized care plans.
• Utilizing proven methods to address mental health and addiction concerns.
• Documenting client progress with care and attention to detail.
• Collaborating with colleagues to create the best outcomes for clients.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy.
• Licensed as an LMFT in California.
• Experience working with diverse client needs.
• Strong diagnostic and interpersonal communication skills.
• A collaborative and solution-focused mindset.
