Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) Opportunity in California – Let’s Build a Better Future Together

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
Pay Range : $110,000–$130,000 annually, plus full benefits

A Day in Your Life Here Will Include:

• Guiding therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and groups with compassion and professionalism.
• Evaluating client needs to create personalized treatment plans.
• Using evidence-based practices to address addiction and mental health concerns.
• Keeping thorough records of client sessions and progress.
• Partnering with colleagues to share insights and continuously improve outcomes.

Requirements

How To Qualify:

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy.
• A current LMFT license in California.
• Proven experience supporting diverse client groups.
• Strong analytical and interpersonal communication skills.
• The ability to work collaboratively and independently.
