Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

A Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is needed in St. Louis, MO.

Salary and Benefits

• Salary Range: $65,000 - $90,000+
• Student Loan Repayment: Up to $110,000

Responsibilities

• Flexible Scheduling: (5 Day or 4 Day Work Week Available)
• Care Management and Consultant Roles Available
• Outpatient Setting: Adult and Children focused settings
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including primary care physicians, nurses, and psychologists
• Provide counseling and psychosocial support to individuals and families
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Supervision: May supervise and mentor social work interns or early-career professionals as needed

Requirements

• Compassionate Care
• Clear and Active LCSW License in the State of Missouri
• Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program
• Experience in an outpatient or integrated care setting is preferred
• EMR Familiarity: EPIC Preferred
