Job Responsibilities:

Handle incoming inquiries and schedule showings
Collect applications
Coordinate lease signing and move-in inspections
Negotiate lease renewals
Reach monthly goals
Determine your own hours and earnings

Candidate Requirements:

Ohio Real Estate License (preferred)
Reliable Transportation
Strong Sales skills or Experience
Experience in Property management or related field
Excellent communication skills
Focus and Determination
Excellent organizational skills
Great attention to detail

Experience level :

5+ Years of Leasing Agent experience with large commercial or residential property preferred.
Commercial Real Estate experience a plus.
Real Estate brokerage experience / license a plus.
Advanced level of proficiency in Microsoft Office specifically Word, Outlook, and Excel.
Document drafting experience, including redlining, and comparison features.
Ability to handle a fast paced, deadline driven environment.
Team player but can work independently.

Schedule : Monday to Friday (Weekends as needed)

Work setting : In-person/On-Site

Job Type : Full-time

Salary: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year depending on experience
