This is a high-visibility opportunity for an experienced data science leader to drive innovation and impact within one of the regions most respected healthcare organizations.

In this role, you will lead high-priority initiatives that leverage advanced analytics, machine learning, and predictive modeling to improve patient care, optimize operations, and support mission-critical decision-making. Education:
Bachelors Degree in Science, Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related STEM field (required).
Masters Degree in Data Science (preferred).
Experience:
7+ years of professional experience in data science (required).
Healthcare, hospital setting, EHR, medical informatics, or healthcare finance/revenue cycle experience (preferred).
Technical Skills & Expertise:
Proven mastery of machine learning methods (e.g., clustering, decision trees, neural networks) and advanced statistical techniques (regression, A/B testing, distributions, statistical modeling).
Advanced SQL and database management experience.
Proficiency with statistical analysis tools and programming languages (Python, R, etc.).
Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot, resolve complex data issues, and create scalable solutions.
Ability to translate complex insights into clear, compelling stories for technical and non-technical audiences alike.

Proven leadership ability to mentor and guide junior data scientists.
Strong decision-making, analytical reasoning, and client service orientation.

Develop, validate, and maintain predictive models, custom algorithms, and advanced analytics tools.
Translate raw data into actionable insights for executives, clinicians, and operational leaders.
Conduct deep-dive analyses of structured and unstructured data to identify opportunities for performance improvement and operational efficiencies.
Partner with business and IT leaders to resolve data challenges and optimize workflows.
Evaluate new technologies, vendors, and tools to ensure best-in-class data science practices.
Present findings in clear, actionable ways to influence key decisions at the highest levels.
