We are seeking an LCSW to work for a Federally Qualified Rural Health Clinic in the Stephenville, TX area. The LCSW would provide individual, marital, couples, group, and crisis intervention counseling to persons experiencing social, emotional, and vocational difficulties which would include; depression, anxiety, substance abuse, suicidal ideology, anger management, marital issues, stress management, and crisis intervention. The LCSW would also provide case management and make appropriate referrals for services,. The LSCSW would also supervise and provide consults with others about outreach opportunities, assess and evaluate problems through the use of case history, interview and observation to assist persons to achieve more effective personal and social development. The LCSW would work Mon-Fri 8:00am-5:00pm in an outpatient setting. The LPC would receive a competitive base salary $60,000-$70,000+(Depending Upon Experience) with full benefits package including Medical, Dental and 401K, CEU allowance, PTO, paid holidays, malpractice insurance, and full relocation allowance as well as a $1,000 signing bonus. This opportunity also provides for loan repayment through the National Health Service Corp which would provide for the LCSW $25,000 per year to be paid directly to their federally qualified student loans. This would require a two year commitment in exchange for $50,000 in loan repayment. Excellent opportunity to make a difference in an underserved community in Texas. QUALIFICATIONS*

Masters Degree in Social Work with additional Certification as an LCSW
Personality and demeanor to deal with the public and distraught patients.
Ability to deal with problems and interact effectively and professionally with others.
Bilingual in English|Spanish is a plus but not required.
Must be eligible for liability coverage under the Federal Torts Claims Act.
High ethical standards.
Well-organized, self-directed, and team leader.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints.
Consumer advocate for quality health care and services.
Ability to handle multiple projects.
