Job Description

Join Western Washington’s trusted leader in landscape design, construction, and maintenance, with more than two decades of experience beautifying and enhancing commercial and residential properties across Tacoma, Seattle, and Olympia. Proudly serving the South Sound region since 1998.

Success Measurables
  • Achieve time and material budget on projects, overseeing 2-3 landscape crews
  • Produce high-quality work to achieve customer satisfaction
  • Prepare accurate landscape enhancement estimates
Success Behaviors
  • Proactive project planning and organization 
  • Strong leadership and management of 2-3 landscape crews
  • Good time and workload management, dividing time among supervision, preparation and estimating
Education
  • Degree in Horticulture or other relevant area of study--preferred
Licenses and Certifications
  • Driver's license
  • Green Industry certifications, or ability and desire to obtain

  • Puyallup, WA

  • $115K to $120K
