Qualifications

• Proficiency in various software programs including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, AutoCAD, Land FX, Structure Studio VIP Suites, Microsoft Access, and Real Time Landscaping Architect.
• Strong freehand illustration and rendering skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Highly developed organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Knowledge of surveying and engineering principles.
• Preferred: Degree in landscape design, construction, and/or architecture.
• Preferred: 3-5 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Work independently on self-directed projects and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Stay involved in projects from start to finish, ensuring your design vision is realized.
• Prepare plans, specifications, schedules, and cost estimates.
• Use knowledge of costs and uses of construction and landscape materials in design.
• Apply knowledge of plant material and horticultural practices.
• Perform inspections using appropriate techniques and procedures.

Compensation

The salary for this position is commensurate with experience, ranging from $55,000 to $70,000 .
