Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Direct and support a varied team of landscaping professionals, ensuring a productive, responsible, and growth-oriented workplace.
  • Project Management & Sales: Manage all landscape / hardscape projects from start to finish while meeting financial and quality benchmarks. Actively participate in sales, promoting services and securing new projects.
  • Resource Optimization: Efficiently allocate resources like equipment, materials, and staff to boost productivity and meet project requirements effectively.
  • Quality & Safety Assurance: Maintain our high-quality standards through regular site checks and enforce strict safety standards to ensure a secure work environment.
  • Vendor Relations: Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers for timely, cost- efficient materials and services.
  • Financial Oversight: Assist in budget development, monitor expenses, and report on project and overall operational performance.
  • Process Enhancement: Seek and implement methods to streamline operations and improve team efficiency.
  • Client Engagement: Foster strong relationships with clients, meeting or surpassing their expectations to ensure continuous business and referrals.
Requirements:
  • Solid background in operational management in the landscaping industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with an emphasis on motivation and team empowerment.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of landscaping and hardscaping methods and materials.
  • Skilled in budget management and financial analysis.
  • Effective communication and people skills.
  • Knowledge of relevant safety regulations.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.
