Land Surveyor

A well-established civil engineering and land development firm is looking for Survey Technicians and Land Surveyors to join its growing team. This position offers the opportunity to work on a variety of survey projects, including boundary, topographic, ALTA, construction stakeout, and as-built surveys.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct field surveys, including boundary, topographic, ALTA, and construction stakeout.
• Operate robotic instruments, total stations, and other surveying equipment.
• Work independently and as part of a team to complete accurate and efficient surveys.
• Utilize AutoCAD and other software to support survey projects (preferred).

Qualifications

• 0-3+ years of land surveying experience (entry-level candidates encouraged to apply).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD is a plus.
• High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
