Job Description

An established firm is seeking an experienced Land Surveyor for site civil engineering projects. This position is an in-office position working with the project team.

Responsibilities Include:

Responsible for translating projects between the office and the field
Prepare property legal documents
Directing all duties of field survey members assigned to them while performing field activities such as: construction staking, boundary, ALTA, topographic, and more
Work directly with other team members, mentoring and leading
Perform survey calculations for property boundaries
Types of surveys performed: Construction Staking, ALTA/ACSM Land Title Surveys, Route Surveys, Topographic Surveys
Monitoring projects from start to finish, interacting with clients
* Build and maintain positive client relationships

Requirements and Preferences:

* 5+ years of experience
* PLS
* Proficiency in Civil 3D and AutoCAD
* A strong record demonstrating the ability to increase professional responsibilities throughout the professional career
* Well-connected and well-respected in the marketplace, with an ability to bring in clients and work to the firm
