Main responsibilities (i) Translation work Document translation Translate all kinds of company documents, including but not limited to contracts, reports, publicity materials, emails, etc. Ensure the translation is accurate, fluent, in line with industry norms, and reflects the semantics and style of the original text. Terminology Management Establish and maintain Korean terminology database to ensure professionalism and consistency of translation. Pay attention to industry dynamics and update the terminology database to adapt to new expressions and specialized vocabulary. Formatting and Proofreading Adjust the document format according to the translation content to ensure that the translation is beautiful and standardized. Proofread the translation to ensure that there are no typos, grammatical errors or unclear expressions. (II) Interpretation Conference Interpretation Act as a Korean interpreter in international conferences, business negotiations and other activities organized by the company. Convey the meaning of both parties accurately and quickly to ensure smooth communication. Accompanying interpreter Accompany company leaders or business personnel on their visits to Korea and provide on-site interpretation services. Assist in dealing with language problems in daily communication with Korean clients or partners. Emergency Interpretation Assignments Quickly respond to and handle unexpected Korean translation needs in emergency situations.
