The hospital-employed physician will receive a 2-year guarantee plus WRVUs. The incoming physicians also will earn excellent benefits (health, vision, dental, life, retirement/CAP plan), along with 6-weeks (30 days) of vacation and an additional week (5-days) for CME. You will receive a signing bonus, and group pays for all licensing/DEA/credentialing fees, advanced practitioner monthly stipend if supervising full-time NP/PA. Onsite daycare and just a large clinical support group to help all cardiovascular services.
