About the Role: 

Mollie Stone’s Markets is looking for a full-time Junior Graphic Designer who can help us share our story, culture and mission. This hourly/non-exempt position will be supporting the Marketing Team on various digital and print related projects.  

 

Essential Functions: 

  • Design marketing collateral following our brand standards and templates. 

  • Comfortable designing for both print and digital formats. 

  • Assist with photoshoots and digital uploads. 

  • Photo Retouching. 

  • Printing and collating seasonal in-store marketing. 

  • Assist with Social customer engagement. 

  • Assist with the company’s main website maintenance. 

  • Organize Photo Archive 

 

Minimum Qualifications: 

  • 1(one) to 3(three) years of Graphic Design Experience. 
  • Design Portfolio Required. 
  • Copy-writing knowledge helpful. 
  • Able to work both remotely and at the office, depending on the needs of the business. 
  • Local SF Bay Area candidates only. 

Competencies: 

  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite. 

  • Excellent attention to detail. 

  • Strong organizational skills. 

  • Must maintain confidential information and know-how. 

  • Ability to handle expensive and fragile equipment (cameras, lights, etc.) 

Physical Requirements: 

  • Lifting: min. of 35 lbs. 

  • Standing: Up to 8 hours per day. 

  • Seating: Up to 8 hours per day. 

  • Walking: Up to 4 hours per day. 

  • Reaching: Up to 1 hour per day. 

  • Able to travel to store locations independently and as needed.

Compensation: 

Pay Range: $24.00 to $28.85/hour - Depending on Experience
