Red Edge seeks a visual designer at the beginning stage of their career to take responsibility for ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery of the advocacy world's best creative. 

Our ideal candidate is seeking an entry-level position (0-2 years) to work in our Arlington office location, with a demonstrated attention to detail and ability to communicate complex advocacy messages in attractive and persuasive visual media.

The job requires:

• Accepting and relishing responsibility for our team to deliver quality digital advocacy products and projects
• Excellent teamwork and client-communications skills
• A killer eye for design with a constant urge to try new aesthetics, mediums, and styles
• Excellent visual judgment
• A passion for layout, typography, and branding
• Have proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Indesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
• Experience in Figma is a plus
• Be able to show a portfolio of past work or projects
