JUNIOR GRAPHIC DESIGNER We"re looking for a Junior Graphic Designer to join the Amp Agency creative team. The creative department is responsible for the implementation, visual identity, and execution of all projects within the agency. Spearheading AMP Agency's integrated approach, the design team works directly with the Creative Director to ensure the highest quality work. We are looking to hire an inspired Junior Graphic Designer to join our fast-paced, energetic creative team. The ideal candidate will be hungry to learn and excited to produce a wide array of work including, social, digital, experiential, and print. Candidates must include a Portfolio showcasing elegant branded work with a refined and modern approach to typography and design. Core Responsibilities:Design, develop and implement a variety of asset inclusive but not limited to: digital banners, social content, emails, presentation, landing pages and print collateral.Digital retouching.Design and develop printed materials as needed.Work closely with art directors, senior designers, copywriters and other internal departments to implement new features, and improve existing design.Express complex ideas in a simple, clever and appealing way.Ability to manage multiple projects and work within allotted deadlines while maintaining a fun, positive and energetic demeanor.Create, maintain and develop strong working relationships with internal creative and brand teamsReview, proof and edit work.Participate in brainstorms and concept development.Creation of presentations with compelling visuals that tell a story.Proactively bring fresh ideas to the table, insight and thoughtful input for overall brand objectives. Skills/Experience:Expert understanding of Photoshop and keen eye for pixel perfect design.Ability to create, organize and hand off working files in accordance with best practices.Strong knowledge of composition, typography, and creating within brand standards.Ability to clearly understand an end user's perspective to provide design deliverables accordingly.Proficiency in the larger Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Illustrator, and InDesign. Fluency in Google slides, XD, Figma, and Sketch, Powerpoint, and Keynote. Strong understanding of Web and Email best practices.Solid understanding of UX and how it applies to design. Soft Skills:A great eye for design inclusive of Web, Social, and Print.Ability to clearly explain and present design work.Ability to work independently and be self-motivated.Ability to proactively communicate in a remote work environment.Must be organized & detail-oriented.Infectious, positive can-do attitude in a fast-paced environment.The salary range for this role is $60,000-$72,000.
