About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Junior Event Coordinator to join our growing marketing team. This entry-level role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, has a creative eye for detail, and wants to gain hands-on experience in event planning and brand promotions. You’ll support the team in coordinating and delivering marketing events that drive engagement, awareness, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning, organisation, and execution of marketing and promotional events.
• Support event logistics, including venue setup, branding materials, and on-site coordination.
• Work closely with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency across all events.
• Communicate with clients, suppliers, and partners to ensure smooth event delivery.
• Help develop creative ideas to enhance event experiences and audience engagement.
• Track and evaluate event performance, collecting feedback to improve future campaigns.
• Represent the company and client brands professionally at live events.

Requirements:

• Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends for events.
• No previous experience required, full training will be provided.
