Position Overview
Our company is seeking a skilled Journeyman Electrician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in both residential and commercial settings. The position requires a high level of technical knowledge and expertise.
Key Responsibilities - Install, maintain and repair electrical systems in accordance with national and local electrical codes
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical problems in a timely and effective manner
- Perform regular maintenance on electrical systems and equipment
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects on time and within budget
- Ensure that all work is completed to a high standard of quality and safety
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman Electrician license
- At least 3 years of experience as a Journeyman Electrician
- In-depth knowledge of national and local electrical codes and regulations
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and diagrams
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
