We're seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Remote Healthcare Data Entry Specialist to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with no prior experience in the healthcare field to gain valuable skills and contribute to a meaningful industry.
In this role, you will:
Assist with accurate and efficient data entry of patient information, medical records, and insurance details into our secure healthcare database system.
Organize and maintain electronic files in a clear and consistent manner.
Work closely with other team members to ensure all data is entered accurately and up-to-date.
Learn and adhere to all company policies and procedures regarding data security and patient confidentiality (HIPAA compliance).
We are looking for someone who:
Possesses excellent computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
Has a strong eye for detail and the ability to maintain accuracy while working efficiently.
Demonstrates excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Enjoys a fast-paced environment and thrives in a remote work setting.
Has a strong commitment to quality and a dedication to providing exceptional service.
Bonus points if you have:
A passion for healthcare and a desire to learn more about the industry.
Experience with healthcare billing and coding systems (a plus, but not required).
