ITSM Strategy Analyst
General Summary & Scope
• Resolve ITSM support issues to ensure strategic alignment.
• Provide proactive recommendations to enhance system usability.
• Drive process improvements across ITSM functions.
• Keep system documentation, logs, and work instructions updated.
• Create dashboards and analyze service level reporting data.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities.
• Manage SLAs, OLAs, KPIs, and related reports for ITSM processes.
• Advocate for service management best practices based on ITIL.
• Assist in training and documentation updates.
• Collaborate with teams to generate insights and reports.
