Job Description

We are seeking a talented and motivated IT Project Manager II to join our team. In this role, you will manage and coordinate Identity and Access Management (IAM) services for the Americas Zone. You will leverage your technical expertise and project management skills to focus on Active Directory and Azure Entra ID projects, including enhancing the delegation model for access and permissions.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee IAM-related projects for the Americas, collaborating effectively across IT teams.
Lead the redesign of the Active Directory delegation model to enhance security and improve access controls.
Ensure project deadlines are met while diligently tracking progress to successful completion.
Foster open communication and collaboration between diverse teams.
Utilize PowerShell to generate exports and reports, while troubleshooting IAM-related issues as needed.

Skills and Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in IAM, Active Directory, and Azure Entra ID.
Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel for data manipulation and reporting.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; fluency in English is required (Spanish is a plus).
Strong technical knowledge of Active Directory, PowerShell, SSO setup, and MFA.
Familiarity with ServiceNow for ticketing and issue tracking.
Proven project management experience in large, international organizations.
Proactive mindset with the ability to lead meetings and drive outcomes effectively.
