Title : Investment Banking Managing Director

Company Summary : We are currently partnered with a rapidly expanding, lower Middle Market boutique Investment Bank focused on the Healthcare industry looking to add a talented Managing Director to their active deal team. This individual will have the opportunity to leverage the firms pristine reputation in the market and existing relationships in the Healthcare space to assist in expanding their book of business, and the ability to take ownership of a subvertical in the Healthcare space. You will be able to sit remotely while traveling periodically to the office in Denver, CO.

The Investment Banking Managing Director will be responsible for:

• Deal origination & execution in specialized sector/subsector within Healthcare
• Training and mentoring junior bankers
• Overseeing the entire M&A deal process
• Working collaboratively with other Senior team members to nurture existing client relationships
• Conducting market research and utilizing findings to build a book of business in the Heallthcare space

The Investment Banking Managing Director should have:

• 10+ Years of Investment Banking experience
• Experience successfully executing and originating buy and sell side M&A transactions
• Ability to work collaboratively with Senior leaders
• M&A experience within Healthcare Services, Pharma Services, Medical Technology, or other Healthcare subsectors
• A built out book of business within the Healthcare space and proven success originating business
